UNUM ships within Mexico and internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination, package size, and weight, and are confirmed before purchase.
Prices include IVA for orders within Mexico. For selected international destinations, applicable import duties may be included in the listed price and will be confirmed before purchase.
The carrier and estimated delivery time are confirmed individually for each order.
RETURNS
Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, all sales are final, except when an item arrives damaged or as otherwise required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact UNUM as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

Each piece is handcrafted from paper pulp and should be treated as a sculptural object.
Keep dry and avoid prolonged contact with water or excessive moisture.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush. Do not use abrasive cleaners or aggressive cleaning agents.
Vessels are intended for dry botanicals or decorative use unless otherwise stated. They are not watertight.
For lighting pieces, use indoors only.
LED bulbs are recommended. Always switch off and unplug the lamp before cleaning.
